Why Tell Our Story?

While building Rikki-tikki-tavi, Clark found himself answering emails and fielding phone calls from all over the world. All the inquiries came from prospective boatbuilders who wanted to learn about the Constant Camber® method. We were already taking photos of the construction and it occurred to us that having a website where we could post our progress would allow us to build uninterrupted. All interested parties could see and read about the boatbuilding on the web at svrikki.net.

This website is an extension of the original. We are beyond the building and into the cruising, and are working on the refinement of our liveaboard style. We find that people we meet in our travels are very interested in what we have already accomplished. They are inspired and want to follow our continuing adventure.

If you are interested in building your own boat, this site will interest you. If you are intrigued by the idea of travel in a small boat, this site may take you to some far-off places. Come back from time to time. Share our continuing adventure!

We hope that our story inspires you to live your dreams!
